Individual therapy focuses on the emotions you experience in the moment. In each session, you bring your feelings and explore some of the more inward parts of yourself. You do begin to see how they manifest in the moment.
When learning how this happens, we work towards finding more pleasing and welcoming experiences. We will implement ways to maintain the experience and utilize new emotions. You may even find a new way to look at things. It can be a very enlightening experience.
What can I expect?
You guide the therapy sessions in a way that feels right for you. I provide guidance along the way, offering insights as we speak. This is where it comes together. You will discover how to handle intense emotions and what to do with them.

Does it work?
If you allow the experience to unfold it will work. You can learn to handle stronger emotions. You can strengthen your tolerance levels. This leads to normalization and with each experience you will be able to take the emotion into your life. You can reduce its volatility.
